Any Michigan Court Document

All Michigan Court Document service will be $26.00 plus round-trip mileage from the County Courthouse to the Service Address.  The current mileage rate for the 2025 service year is $1.05 per mile.

Any Out of State Court Document

All Out of State Court Document service will be $80.00 flat service fee.

Nationwide Service of Process

Blue Water Legal Process LLC is happy to offer a one-stop service for your legal process needs.  If you are needing to obtain service within another service beside Michigan.  Blue Water Legal Process LLC is happy to locate a process server (NAPPS Member) within that state and provide all tracking of service for a small administrative fee of $25.00 plus the fee of service charge from the other process server.

Document Printing Fee

Blue Water Legal Process LLC is happy to provide the first 25 pages of legal documents free of charge.  Any pages after the 25 pages will be $0.10 per page.

Blue Water Legal Process LLC is happy to provide rush or urgent priority service at an additional fee of service as listed below:

Rush Service (First Attempt within 24 Hours)

All Rush Service request will include an additional service fee of $30.00 to the base service fee.

Urgent Priority Service (Same Day Service Attempt -- Request must be in office by 2:00PM ET)

All Urgent Priority Service request will include an additional service fee of $60.00 to the base service fee.

Blue Water Legal Process LLC is happy to offer court filing of your legal documents or retrieval of court documents at an administration fee of $25.00 plus any additional court cost.

Blue Water Legal Process LLC is a commissioned public notary for the State of Michigan.  We are happy to provide notarization services at a fee of $10.00 per stamp needed in our office by Appointment.

Need a mobile notary??  We are happy to come to you within the thumb area.  The fee is $10.00 per stamp needed plus round-trip mileage fees.

*** FOR ALL NOTARIZATIONS, ALL SIGNERS MUST HAVE A VALID AND UNEXPIRED US GOVERNMENT ISSUED FORM OF IDENTIFICATION (US DRIVERS LICENSE OR US PASSPORT). ***

Blue Water Legal Process LLC mainly covers the Blue Water Area/Thumb of the State of Michigan; this will include Saint Clair County, Sanilac County and Macomb County.  

** Huron County **

Blue Water Legal Process LLC understands that service to Huron County within the thumb of Michigan can be difficult to obtain due to lack of available process servers within the area and further distance to travel.  Blue Water Legal Process LLC MAY be willing to do service at document cost plus ACTUAL mileage fees traveled.  Please reach out regarding possible service to this area as travel distance can be over two hours one way and fees can quickly add up.

You may drop by our office during the business center hours of 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM ET and drop in our drop box outside our office suite.  Please provide ALL documents needed for service and all needed contact information (full name, address, phone number and email for status updates.)

We are happy to provide Notarization of your documents in our office via Appointment or mobile service if needed.  Please contact us if MOBILE SERVICE is needed.

At Blue Water Legal Process LLC, we understand that receiving legal documents can be a stressful experience.  We try to make the process as easy as possible for you.  If you prefer, you may schedule an office appointment with us during our hours to receive your documents.  We will provide upmost privacy for you during pickup.  **Please Note, for safety of pickup, all appointments are required to have a photo ID and sign for the documents. **
